TRADITIONAL EXTERIOR SPACE

This project began with a vision to turn a historic home into a downtown oasis where our clients could enjoy their retirement. Creating a place to make our clients feel like they were on vacation was our goal. The scope included transforming a laundry room and office, by utilizing shiplap, custom cabinets and reclaimed wood countertops. A rear entry area with pantry storage adjacent to the kitchen was added. Construction of a screened-in porch and rear deck which included custom balusters with a Swiss flair our clients helped design after returning from Switzerland. The screened-in porch included a heater to maintain comfort in the outdoors during cold weather. Rounding out the scope of work was carport/workshop area. From the detailed carpentry, to the brick perimeter walls around the driveway, to a motorized entry gate for rear access road to their new addition, this project is truly a masterpiece of collaboration between client vision and contractor execution. As the project manager stated, "We not only walked away with happy customers, we have gained wonderful new friends!"
