SUSHI WITH GUSTO

This facility was originally a truck service garage. It became the corporate headquarters for Sushi was Gusto, which included a Sushi Corporate Kitchen and Learning Center. This renovation required turning an unconditioned area into a DHEC approved food prep area. Extensive electrical and plumbing work went into making the kitchen layout (complete with a walk-in cooler) possible. Floor drains and epoxy coated floors were installed to aid in efficient clean-up after every class was complete.
