No two custom renovations are alike. That's why we have distinct Pathways for every renovation project. Design showrooms are filled with endless possibilities, making design options overwhelming. Our role is to help you identify what best reflects your custom aesthetic and budget, from bathroom tile to trim, to kitchen fixtures, to layout. Expert design guidance is the key component of our Guide-Design-Build process. Your custom renovation may require another approach, especially if you come to us with specific selections and a clear aesthetic vision. We've got options for you too! OUR PROCESS

Guide-Design-Build: The majority of our residential projects follow this path. First, we meet with you to clarify general project scope. Next, our Design team assists with aesthetic selections and renderings. Then, your Project Manager keeps you informed throughout the Build phase.

Commercial Projects: We clarify your needs during the Guide phase and customize your renovation project accordingly. If necessary, we can move straight from the Guide phase to the Build phase.
