Daniel Jachens and Bob Cord started Daniel Builders by combining a track record of construction excellence with over 40 years of professional project management experience. A STRONG FOUNDATION
OUR PROCESS
- Guide: The path to your custom renovation starts with a 10 minute conversation. After we answer your questions and you have a good understanding of our process we schedule a Project Vision Meeting (or PVM). During the PVM we’ll meet with you in your home and begin clarifying general project scope.
- Design: After the PVM you will be given an opportunity to sign a Design agreement and move forward into the Design phase. Architectural drawings, selections from paint color to fixtures, a detailed scope of work and a Fixed Price are Design phase deliverables.
- Build: You’ll be introduced to your Project Manager. This is when your home begins to transform. Throughout the Build phase your PM will schedule, coordinate, and communicate all aspects of the project until completion.
