The Bridge Awards are presented annually by GBS Building Supply and produced by the Home Builders Association of Greenville to recognize excellence in craftsmanship and professionalism in the Home Building industry in the Upstate. Bridge Awards are presented in three categories: Craftsmanship, Sales and Marketing, and individual awards for professionalism and contributions to the industry.

Beyond upgrading the dated interior, one of the clients' biggest goals for this beautiful, lakefront home was to optimize the lake view from any vantage point on the main level. This required demolishing the center of the home and reconstructing it as an open concept living space.
