USER ENGAGEMENT
This award recognizes the images of professionals' work that were most popular among Houzz users during the past year. The winners are awarded when the photos of their work gain the most user engagement and ideabook saves, among other things. Daniel Builders was recognized by Houzz in 2018, 2017, and 2014.
REMODELING 550
COMPANY SIZE
The Remodeling 550 is a list of the nation’s largest residential renovation companies. In 2019 Daniel Builders was recognized and added to the Remodeling 550 list.
REMODELING BIG 50
BUSINESS PRACTICES
Each year Remodeling Magazine selects 50 remodeling contractors across the nation to receive this award. The award is based on best business practices, not size of the business. Assistant editor for Remodeling Magazine Marisa Mendez described the award process this way "When selecting companies, we are looking for companies who have exceptional customer service practices, great sales processes, an interesting use of technology, fruitful marketing techniques, etc." The selection process is based on interviews and other research. “To give a sense of how unique this status is, consider there are roughly 92,000 remodeling firms in America (as of 2017) with paid staff,” Remodeling editor Craig Webb said in a release. “Since 1986, we have selected only about 1,550 firms. That’s 1.7% of all the remodeling businesses in the country.” In 2017 Daniel Builders was selected for this honor.
